This apartment in Het Gooi was shaped through close dialogue with the client, translating the way she actually lives, bakes, gathers and rests into a refined architectural language that serves every hour of the day.

Calacatta Viola marble takes centre stage: sculptural and expressive, balanced by deep chocolate oak, soft layered lighting and classical crown moulding. Every material was specified not only for its beauty but for the emotion it carries over time. The full scope, permit coordination, spatial concept, material selection, procurement, contractor coordination and completion, was delivered by EMdot Studio across 118m².

Deep burgundy tones echo throughout, grounding the design in warmth and quiet femininity. The solid oak elements anchor the interior with permanence and balance.
