This apartment was designed for a young woman with a gentle presence and a sharp eye for precision. Modest by nature yet deeply drawn to the sculptural engineering of the Bugatti Divo, she admired not the prestige of the car, but its fluid lines, disciplined geometry and timeless performance.

Relocating to the Netherlands for work, she sought a home that would anchor her new chapter — modest in footprint yet uncompromised in quality. She wanted a space that carried the same qualities she admired: feminine, refined, thoughtfully engineered and quietly powerful.

We guided the transformation from the first concept to bespoke manufacturing, installation and final styling, creating a fully turnkey home that reflects her personality with clarity and ease.

When she purchased the apartment, the original layout felt cramped; storage lacked logic, and the finishes no longer served her lifestyle. She needed a home that supported quiet daily rituals, remote work, moments of hosting and wellbeing — all within a compact footprint. Discreet technology, long-term value and an emotionally calming atmosphere were essential.

She imagined a serene apartment with warmth, character and future-proof value — where Parisian lightness meets modern innovation, and every detail feels intentional.

Our Approach

The challenge was meaningful: a compact apartment that needed to feel open, calm and effortlessly multifunctional without losing elegance. We approached the redesign with architectural discipline — restructuring the home not only for beauty, but for long-term performance within one of The Hague’s most desirable districts.

We organised the space into flowing, clearly defined zones: a bright living area, an intimate sleeping space, a fully equipped kitchen and a private wellness corner. This level of spatial choreography is usually applied to homes many times larger; here, it elevates daily living and strengthens future resale value.

Soft mouldings and calm architectural lines introduce a gentle Parisian clarity, while innovative features allow the apartment to adapt throughout the day.

Intelligent Zoning & Sightline Control 

The redesign focused on zoning, sightline management, integrated storage and functional layering — essential principles in compact luxury living.

Lighting scenes, acoustics and wiring routes were planned in advance so the spatial flow is felt, not seen — a hallmark of high-end residential work.

Hidden Functionality & Daily Ease

Storage is woven into the architecture: concealed wardrobes, under-floor compartments, seamless doors and transformable features keep the space open and uncluttered.
Bespoke joinery was crafted by artisans in Italy and Poland and assembled on-site in The Hague to ensure precision and consistency.

A ceiling-mounted screen appears only when needed, serving both living and sleeping zones. Smart lighting, climate control and automation systems remain invisible, supporting the apartment quietly in the background.

Kitchen & Private Wellness Area

The kitchen, custom-built for someone who loves cooking and connection, blends warm tones with compact precision.
The bathroom shifts slightly in mood — still neutral, but more sculpted and defined — becoming a place to reset, with a generous walk-in shower, bathtub and soft lighting.

Materials With Long-Term Integrity

The palette is intentionally calm: warm woods, honed stone, refined mouldings and soft metallic accents. Nothing is loud; everything is chosen for how it feels, how it ages and how it supports daily rituals.
