A two-storey family home in Sopot for clients deeply enamoured with Carrara marble, a material that became not just a surface choice but the entire architectural language of the project.

The atmosphere is delicate and feminine, a touch of glamour held in careful proportion, never tipping into excess. The 150m² residence achieves this through the considered use of natural stone at every scale: marble floors in the grand foyer, an elegant staircase setting the tone from the first step, living areas, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and bedrooms each translating the same material conviction differently. The overall effect is never repetitive. It is cumulative.

Material specification, spatial planning and FF&E procurement were delivered by EMdot Studio from concept through completion.

A home that celebrates one material with enough intelligence that it never needs another.
