This 186m² new build villa was designed, procured and supervised in full by EMdot Studio from concept through handover, structural decisions, material specification, contractor coordination and final completion all managed under one roof. The interplay of black, white and every variation of grey between them creates a modern interior of quiet elegance.

Natural materials throughout add warmth and timeless depth. Each room reflects a minimalist aesthetic shaped precisely around the family's needs, from the considered living areas to the details of a baby bedroom that belongs completely to its new occupant.
